These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PREPT AI, operated by Solis Equity Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "PREPT AI"). By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PREPT AI provides AI-powered career tools including:
PREPT AI is a coaching and preparation tool. It provides suggestions based on AI analysis. All final decisions regarding interview responses, resume content, and career actions are yours alone.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Free plan includes 3 live coaching sessions and 1 resume analysis at no charge. No credit card is required for the Free plan.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorize PREPT AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and frequency of your chosen plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew each month on the same date you first subscribed. Annual subscriptions renew each year on the same date.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal at billing.stripe.com. You may also email support@preptai.co or call (855) 477-3780 and we will cancel on your behalf.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. You retain access to paid features until your billing period ends.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than three paid coaching sessions or three paid resume analyses. To request a refund, email support@preptai.co within 14 days of purchase with your account email and reason. Refunds for annual plans are prorated for unused months if requested within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.
You agree to use PREPT AI only for lawful purposes. You may not:
PREPT AI Live is designed to assist your interview preparation and performance. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of PREPT AI during any interview, assessment, or hiring process complies with the rules of the employer, recruiter, or platform involved. PREPT AI does not represent that its use is permitted by any specific employer or hiring platform, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of PREPT AI during an interview or assessment.
PREPT AI uses AI to generate coaching suggestions, resume rewrites, cover letters, and other content. You acknowledge that:
PREPT AI, its logo, product names, software, and all related content are owned by Solis Equity Holdings LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of PREPT AI without our written consent. Content you create using PREPT AI (resumes, cover letters, coaching responses) belongs to you.
PREPT AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated coaching suggestions will result in any specific career outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis Equity Holdings LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PREPT AI shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solis Equity Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of PREPT AI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PREPT AI shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PREPT AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
